Students must be 18 years of age or older, have a bachelor’s degree, and have completed college-level foundational science courses in Biology and Chemistry. Note that you are not required to submit transcripts and relevant career experience can replace academic requirements. For example, experience as a Registered Nurse will void the science course requirement.

YesNoThe Upskill Vermont Scholarship is open to eligible Vermonters.

Upskill Vermont allows students to apply for up to two scholarships, per year (One scholarship per term - i.e. one scholarship for fall term and one for spring term). Any applications completed prior to August 1, 2023 do not count towards your limit of two. Only applications completed for this current cycle, which started on August 1, 2023 go towards your limit of two scholarship applications.

This is my first scholarship application for the 2023-2024 Upskill Vermont Scholarship cycle.This is my second scholarship application for the 2023-2024 Upskill Vermont Scholarship cycle.I have already applied for two or more scholarships for the 2023-2024 Upskill Vermont Scholarship cycle.Eligible Vermonters may apply for a maximum of two scholarships.

To participate all students must be a Vermont resident and meet one of the following criteria. Please select one:

I am seeking to transition to a job that provides better opportunities for economic advancement

Underemployment: The condition in which people in a labor force are employed at less than full-time or regular jobs or at jobs inadequate with respect to their training or economic needs.

The Upskill Vermont Scholarship program beginning August 1, 2023 is limited to two scholarships for eligible Vermont residents. However we welcome your participation in any of our courses and programs. Feel free to contact us!
